She works from the Executive level through the Yellow Belt level, helping deploy LSS, training at all levels and coaching improvement project teams. She has vast experience developing training materials, for ASQ, IQR and clients, and helping people prepare for certification exams. She has provided training and support to companies on 5 continents. Liz was on the team that developed ASQ’S Master Black Belt certification. For many years she has written articles and been a frequently speaker at conferences world-wide on topics related to the Malcolm Baldrige criteria, Lean Six Sigma and the Future of the Quality Professional.
